Our take
La mian, rice bowls and Taiwanese snacks turn a night-market craving into a proper meal. If we were choosing one bowl, we’d start with Jiang Mu Ji La Mian and leave the rice-versus-noodles rematch for another visit. Signature XO Fried Rice, Oyster Mee Sua, fried xiao long bao and XXL fried chicken give the rest of the table plenty to negotiate. Railway details and lanterns borrow their mood from Shifen Night Market, making this a playful stop rather than a plain airport food counter. The hardest departure might be leaving the snack order alone.
